• Student must not have a grade lower than 2.00
• Must not have a Failing Grade
• Student must have a GWA of 1.75 and above
• Euthenics, PE and NSTP are not included on the calculations
• Completion of IC Courses must be complied within the period allowed
• Period for completion of IC/NFE/IP must be made within one (1) term only
• Have enrolled at least eighteen (18) academic units per term
